How will you deliver or ship my water trailer to me?
If you are in Arizona, we will deliver your water trailer personally. It will arrive fully set up and ready to use. If you live outside of Arizona, we will use a freight company to ship your trailer out LTL. If you live outside of the U.S., we will send your trailer to a freight forwarding company. We stay on top of shipping and tracking and will provide you with a tracking number right away. We will communicate with you regarding the status of your order from the time it is placed, through the shipping process, to the time it is delivered and you inspect it for use.
What are your options for custom residential water trailers or storage tanks?
We offer water storage tanks, water trailers, and water skids in a variety of sizes/volumes. We offer customization options where possible, and you’re also welcome to talk to us about your specific design needs or problems that you need to overcome with the use of our water trailers. We offer six different types of water trailers, from 325 gallons to 2,035 gallons. Our custom water trailers allow you to design the frame and choose the specific accessories you need.
Are your water trailers safe for potable water storage?
Yes, our potable water storage trailers are FDA-approved for drinking water and are NSF61-certified.
Do you offer a warranty on your water trailers, water skids, or water storage tanks?
Our premium weight water tanks and our black vertical water storage tanks are under a three-year warranty from their date of manufacture. Our heavy-duty water storage tanks are under a five-year warranty from their date of manufacture.
Should a defect appear within the warranty period, Norwesco will supply a new, equivalent tank for replacement. Norwesco’s liability is limited to the value of the tank itself and specifically excludes the cost of installation and/or removal or consequential damages.
Our trailer frames are under a one-year warranty and our pumps are under a one-year warranty through the manufacturer. Our axles have limited warranties between 1-7 years, depending on the customization and size.
