How can I customize my water trailer?
The frame of your trailer can be painted any color you like. You can also customize the size and configuration of your water storage tank, as well as your water trailer accessories and water tank parts.
What size water storage tanks do you offer?
Our non-potable and potable water storage tanks range in volume from 325 gallons to 2,035 gallons.
What water trailer accessories do you offer?
You can customize the accessories and parts that are fitted onto your water storage tank or water trailer so that it better meets your needs. We offer a wide range of hoses, nozzles, spray attachments, pumps, hose reels, and more. We also offer trailer accessories, including axles, hitches, jacks, and couplers.
What can your water trailers be used for?
We have potable water trailers and non-potable water trailers. Our potable water trailers can be used for drinking water, animal care, supplemental water storage, disaster preparedness, and disaster relief. Our non-potable water trailers can be used for fire suppression, emergency relief, farming and agricultural needs, animal care, cleaning, dust control, powering equipment and machinery, and more.
Are your water trailers safe for potable water storage?
Yes, our custom water trailers are NSF61-certified and FDA-approved for potable water storage.
How do you ship your custom water trailers?
If you are in Arizona, we will personally deliver your custom water trailer to your job site or facility. If you are outside of Arizona, your custom water trailer will be sent LTL via a freight company. If you are outside of the U.S., your custom trailer will be sent via a freight forwarding company.
What is your water trailer warranty?
Our premium weight water tanks and our black and dark green vertical water storage tanks are under a three-year warranty from their date of manufacture. Our heavy-duty water storage tanks are under a five-year warranty from their date of manufacture.
Should a defect appear within the warranty period, Norwesco will supply a new, equivalent tank for replacement. Norwesco’s liability is limited to the value of the tank itself and specifically excludes the cost of installation and/or removal or consequential damages.
Our trailer frames are under a one-year warranty, and our pumps are under a one-year warranty through the manufacturer. Our axles have limited warranties between 1-7 years, depending on the customization and size.
How long do your water trailers last?
Our water trailers can last for decades. They are built from industrial-grade materials in our U.S. manufacturing facilities. Each step of the manufacturing process is overseen by our team, and every product undergoes a strict testing and quality control process to ensure its quality and durability.
