Our Water Dog™ water skids are fully self-contained and can be mounted in the back of trucks, including dump trucks or your own equipment trailer. These water skids have the same tank and water system as our water trailers and come in 325, 525, 1,000, and 2,035-gallon capacities. Each skid can be designed to fit your exact needs in any size or configuration. Options for the skids include fork pockets, tie-down rings, and plumbing configurations.
Our water storage tanks range from 325 gallons to 2,035 gallons. We have a wide range of compatible accessories, spigots, pumps, and parts that will make your water trailer easy to use and capable of handling any terrain or environment. What size/volume water tanks can your water skids hold?
Our water skids can hold all of our standard water tank sizes: 325 gallons, 525 gallons, 1,000 gallons, and 2,035 gallons.
Can I customize the water trailer?
Yes, you can customize the color of the trailer frame as well as the accessories and features included on the water tank and frame, including plumbing configurations, side spray attachments, pumps, hose reels, hydrant fill pipes, control manifolds, and more.
What are your water skids used for?
Our water skids are self-contained and can be mounted on the back of your own equipment trailer, truck, or other vehicle. They can be used for potable and non-potable water for drinking, cleaning, bathing, powering equipment and machinery, power washing, watering plants and trees, irrigation, animal care, dust control, fire suppression, and more.
Can your tanks be used for potable water storage?
Yes, our potable water tanks are NSF61 certified and FDA-approved for potable water.
Are the water skids able to go on roads and highways?
Yes, the water skids can be mounted on the back of your truck, equipment trailer, or any other vehicle you use. As long as the vehicle you mount the water skid on is road-worthy, you can take it on streets, highways, and off-road depending on the capabilities of your vehicle.
How do you ship water skids?
If you are in Arizona, we will personally deliver your water skid. It will be set up and ready to use. If you are outside of Arizona, we will use a freight company to ship your water skid out LTL. If you are outside of the U.S., we will ship your water skid using a freight forwarding company. We always provide tracking information and will stay in communication each step of the way.
